1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product

  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging


2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product shows signs of use or damage caused by the customer

  • The return request is made after 7 days of delivery

  • The product is purchased during clearance or sale (unless defective)


3. Return Process

  • Reason for return

  • Clear images or video of the product (if damaged or defective)

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error


5. Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we offer a replacement or exchange at no additional cost, subject to availability.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Leatheo is not responsible for items lost during return shipping
