All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Pakistan only. International shipping is not available at this time.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS (if available).


6. Delays & Issues

Leatheo is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or events beyond our control.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at officialleatheo@gmail.com with your order details.


8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. Leatheo will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
